Salina Regional Health Center's leadership team guides the implementation of the hospital's strategy while overseeing and conducting SRHC activities.
Chief Executive Officer
Micheal Terry is Chief Executive Officer for Salina Regional Health Center and is responsible for all operations of the hospital including executing major policies, programs and objectives to promote and ensure the health center’s continued growth and success. Mr. Terry has been CEO for Salina Regional since 2007.
Chief Operating Officer
Joel Phelps is Chief Operating Officer for the hospital. He started at Salina Regional in 2007 and together with the hospital’s CEO is responsible for ensuring the hospital’s growth and success and developing a culture of excellence in regards to quality, patient satisfaction and patient access.
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Tallon is Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and began his career at Salina Regional Health Center in 2008. His direct responsibilities include oversight of all financial accounting and reporting, patient scheduling, registration, billing and collections, procurement and distributions of supplies, capital planning and budgeting.
Chief Nursing Officer
Luanne Smith is Vice President of Patient Care/CNO and began her nursing career at Salina Regional in 1978, spending most of her career in Surgical Services. Her areas of responsibilities are patient care areas including Rehab Services, Behavioral Health, Infection Prevention, Employee Health and Organizational Development.
Vice President of Human Resources
Brenda Cox is Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for oversight of human resource strategies focused on the integration of market-leading practices that align the organization’s human capital with the vision and direction of the organization. Brenda also oversees the Volunteer Services and Chaplaincy Programs. She joined Salina Regional in 2015 bringing with her an extensive background in healthcare human resources.
