Salary & Benefits



There are two full-time training internship positions available. Interns are paid an annual stipend of $25,083. Interns are allowed 80 hours of Earned Time Off (ETO) to be used during their internship for holidays, illness, etc. with primary supervisor’s permission. Health and dental insurance plans are also available for the intern and family members. Questions regarding specific benefits packages can be directed to SRHC’s Human Resources department, at 785-452-7142. Questions regarding the internship’s time off policy should be directed to the intern’s primary supervisor.

All interns are provided with office space, office telephone, and a computer. Attendance at professional conferences is also encouraged and may be funded by SRHC PACE grants when opportunities are available. Assessment and other training materials are provided by each training site. Each intern additionally has access to administrative and IT support through throughout SRHC. Our training year begins on July 8, 2019 and ends on June 19, 2020.
