FLEX POOL RN/LPN

Salina Regional Health Center is establishing a RN/LPN Flex Pool.  The
Flex Pool is a staffing pool formed for the purpose of providing readily
available, qualified employees to supplement regularly staffed employees
in times of unpredictable absences, FMLA absences, vacancies, or in times
of excess census.

Flex Pool RN/LPNs require a one year of acute care experience and
availability on a preferred shift.  These nurses will work 12 to 36 hours per
2 week pay period filling in open slots on the schedule.

Flex Pool RNs will have an accelerated salary based on years of
experience.
