Once you are scheduled as a patient at Salina Regional Health Center, you can expect a call from the Registration Department if you have not been a patient in the last month.

The Registration Department gathers demographical, as well as insurance information, in preparation for your arrival.  This information is used to obtain necessary pre-authorizations or certifications that your insurance may require, as well as expedite your registration process on the day you are scheduled.

Even though we ask this information prior to your arrival, we do like to obtain a copy of your insurance card upon each visit to SRHC.  This is sent to the billing department to ensure that your claim is entered correctly from the start.  A signature to authorize treatment and release of insurance information is also obtained on the day of your appointment.  Deductibles, co-insurances, or co-payments for services are collected at this time.

At any time, you may come to the Registration Department to pre-register, let us copy your cards and obtain signatures prior to your scheduled test day.  This helps expedite your registration process on the date of service.

If you require overnight lodging prior to your scheduled appointment, the Registration Department does have a list of hotels that offer discounts to our customers.  You may call any of the numbers listed below to inquire about these listings.
