Billing Information Salina Regional Health Center sends claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and other health insurance companies. If you have questions about your bill or our billing policies, please call our Customer Service Department at (785) 452-6299 or (800) 272-8790. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Is your Health Plan accepted at SRHC? Billing Policy Each time you come to Salina Regional Health Center for care, we start a new account for you. This means you can have more than one account with us at any given time. You are responsible to pay the balance that your insurance company does not pay. Your deductible, coinsurance or co-payment is due at registration on the date of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Any unpaid balance, after your insurance has paid, is due within 30 days. If you cannot pay this balance in full, you can call our office at (785) 452-6299 or (800) 272-8790 to set up a payment plan. If you need help in paying your bill, Salina Regional Health Center does offer a Financial Assistance Program. You can request an Application for Financial Assistance from our Customer Service Department or download one from this site. We will evaluate your need for help once you complete and return the form to us. We may send your account to a billing service if you need a long-term payment plan.
