Nursery
Welcome to Our Nursery
Your baby will stay with you during your entire stay. This will allow you to get to know your baby and become comfortable in caring for him or her. During this time, you will learn how to feed and care for your baby so you will feel confident and prepared when you are ready to go home. Your nurses will provide the education you need to be able to care for your new baby. There are also many educational videos on our closed circuit television system that you can watch during your stay.
Most physicians make rounds once daily in the morning hours. Your baby may need to come to the nursery during the morning when your physician is making rounds. Your baby will be returned to you as soon as the physician has completed his/her examination.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
A special nursery is dedicated to our tiniest patients. Our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) provides specialized care that is critical to sustaining and nurturing new life. Infants who have complications due to premature birth, high risk babies or other health challenges requiring close observation are admitted to this unit.
Baby Photos
You may want a keepsake photo of your baby taken by Charley's Angels. You will receive information about these pictures when you are admitted. You may choose to have your baby's photo taken and placed on their secured Web site after your baby is dismissed from the hospital, so your friends and family who have Internet access can see your new addition.
