Scheduling Your Event
In order to best serve you, we recommend making preliminary event
arrangements at least 15 business days in advance. Catering
arrangements can be made by calling 452-7052, Monday through Friday 8:00 am
- 4:00 pm.
To best expedite your arrangements, be prepared
with as much of the following information as possible when booking your
event.

Event date, start time, and approximate end time.

Approximate attendance (Final guarantee number is
due no later than 11:30 am and three (3) working days prior to the event.

Event location - Room reservations should be made
with the proper office.

Event type - Meeting, Buffet, Go through
cafeteria line.

Event set - up. If you are unsure of your
needs, our event specialist will assist you in determining the appropriate
room arrangements.

Special arrangements - Special dietary requests,
flowers special linens, decorations, etc.

Desired level of service. Upon booking your
event, payment arrangements should be made. Also, we require a contact
person, phone number and billing address.

Left over Food - Due to Saline County Health
Regulations SRHC will not allow the release of any foods from any event
under any circumstance.
* Cancellation - If it should become necessary to cancel an
Event, please notify the appropriate person. Events cancelled
within five working days will be billed for any direct expenses
incurred.
